HASP Driver Installation

Summary

Humboldt Gauge Assistant software requires a HASP key and the HASP driver installation to be completed in order use the application.

The HASP key MUST be purchased from Humboldt.  Please contact sales to purchase a hard key.

Solution

1. Download and install the HASP drivers from HERE.
2. Select Sentinel Drivers for Windows.
3. From the Refine Search Filter in the Product section on the left check Sentinel HASP.
4. From the Refine Search Filter in the Operating System section on the left check Windows.
5. Download and install the Sentinel HASP/LDK Windows GUI Runtime Installer.
6. Open the installer and follow the installation instructions.
7. Reboot the PC after the installation.
8. Click on the Gauge Assistant Icon, not the Gauge Assistant Legacy Icon.   

After installing the drivers Gauge Assistant should now function and launch without any HASP key errors.

Please be sure to click on the Gauge Assistant icon and not the Gauge Assistant Legacy icon.  The legacy icon is for OLD Hasp keys.
