Cc and Cr Results

SUMMARY

The NEXT software will automatically calculate the Cc and Cr values on the Final Voids [LOG] graph.  This article will explain how these values are determined.

SOLUTION

The Cc and Cr are the slopes found on the primary consolidation curve.

The Cc is the slope of the last point and the third to last point of the primary curve.

The Cr is the slope of the first point and the third point of the primary curve.
