Firmware Information

Summary

This article will describe how to obtain the firmware version the 5000 series equipment is operating with.  Humboldt support may require this information in the event you are experiencing problems with hardware and/or software.

Solution

1. Click the menu button (top-left corner of main screen).
2. Select SYSTEM SETTINGS.
3. Select the INFORMATION button.
4. Figure A highlights the firmware version information that can be found on the System Information screen. This information may be asked for by Humboldt support.
