Freeze-thaw Web Interface

SUMMARY

The 5000 series Freeze-thaw machine allows the unit to be controlled via a web interface.  This article will describe how to connect to the machine using a web browser.

SOLUTION

1. Power on the machine.
2. Verify the machine has a network connection.  The connectivity icon at the top right of the screen will be black if a valid network connection exists and red if not.  If the unit does not have a valid network connection, please check the network connection and/or speak with your IT department.
3. (Optional) By default the machine uses DHCP for obtaining its IP information.  Static IP information can be used if required. Network options can be adjusted by entering System Settings and selecting Network. The password to adjust these values is 27604.  The IP change information is provided by your IT department.
4. To access the web interface, navigate to System Settings and select Information.  At the bottom of the Information page is the web address for the machine. Each Freeze-thaw machine will have a unique web address Image 1 shows an example of the web address.
5. Finally, open a web browser and enter the web address in your browser as seen on the information screen of the machine.
